Booking Policies

2-night minimum rental required; a 3-night minimum applies for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.

A $100 deposit is required for all rentals and is non-refundable and applied to the total stay.

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they've paid, excluding the deposit. If canceled between 7 and 14 days before check-in, a 50% refund will apply. Cancellation 6 days or less before check-in, no refund.

No refunds for early departure.

Check-in starts at 3 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.

There is a pet fee of $25 per night per dog.

Non-aggressive only allowed; must be leashed at all times; responsible for any damages; must pick up all pet waste.​
