Our spacious pontoons offer comfortable seating, ample room for coolers and gear, and easy handling—ideal for beginners and experienced boaters alike. Enjoy the no-wake tranquility of the lake while soaking in the beautiful Northwoods scenery. Fuel, safety equipment, and basic instructions are provided. Create unforgettable memories on the water during your cabin getaway!

Pontoon Rental Policies

Age & Operator Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. All operators must be at least 18 and ideally have boating experience. Guests of any age are welcome as passengers.

Capacity & Passenger Limits: Maximum of 8 passengers (including children). Life jackets are provided and must be worn by children under 13. No exceeding the rated capacity of the pontoon.

Reservations: Reservations are required and can be added to a stay booking. Pontoons must be reserved for the entirety of a booking and not just a partial timeframe.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund (minus any processing fee) if canceled 7 days or more in advance. Cancellations within 7 days result in forfeiture of the deposit. Weather-related cancellations may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Fuel Policy: The pontoon is provided with a full tank. If additional fuel is needed during your stay, please refill it. Please do not leave the tank empty at the end of your stay, but you do not need to refill it completely.

Cleaning & Condition: Return the pontoon clean and free of trash, food debris, or excessive dirt. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if needed. Report any accidents/damages that may have occurred right away.

Prohibited Activities:

No reckless or negligent operation.

No towing (tubing, skiing, etc.) unless explicitly allowed.

No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol while operating the boat.

No pets (or specify rules).

Stay within Spring Lake boundaries—no going under bridges or into restricted areas if applicable.

Observe the lake’s no-wake policy and all Wisconsin boating laws.

Safety & Equipment: All required U.S. Coast Guard safety equipment (life jackets, fire extinguisher, etc.) is provided. Renters assume all risks during the use of any pontoons. If you have your own safety equipment for yourself or others in the group, you are more than welcome to bring it, especially for children.

Damage & Liability: The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the boat or equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Costs will be charged to the renter’s credit card. Spring Lake Haven is not liable for personal injury or property damage.

Additional Notes: No-wake rules and lake-specific guidelines apply at all times. Fuel, basic instructions, and safety gear are provided. Bring your own towels, cooler, sunscreen, etc. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who appears impaired or lacks sufficient experience.
